[WebGL] built scene just shows black canvas
-e: see title, scene should show normal content but instead just shows black
-repro:
--open attached project or just create a new empty 3D one
--save default skybox scene
--make WebGL build and run it
--NOTICE it shows only a black canvas
-tested and failed on Win FF + Chrome, OSX FF
-works in all previous versions
