[WebGL] Building empty 2D project crashes editor
To reproduce:
1. Create new 2D project
2. Create new scene
3. Build and run for WebGL
Expected: scene will be built
Actual: editor crashes in 'Finishing' state
Reproduced on: 2017.1.0b2, 2017.1.0b4
Not reproducible: 5.5.3p3, 5.6.0p4, 2017.1.0b1
Note: editor crashes only on 'build and run'

Latest issues
- Selecting “New Sub Scene” after assigning “New Scene” in Sub Scene Script Component throws “Destroying GameObjects immediately is not permitted” in the Console window
- Shader Graph "Zoom Step Size" can be set to 0 even though the zoom still works
- Enabling/Disabling the Deprecated Nodes doesn't apply to the opened Shader Graph unless any Variable is added to the Blackboard
