[WebGL] Build fails if threadsSupport is enabled
-e: Build fails after enabling PlayerSettings.WebGL.threadsSupport via editor script
--not a regression, since threads are a new feature
-repro:
--open attached project
--Switch to WebGL
--Build project
--NOTICE: when using WebAssembly it fails with this error:
stderr:ERROR:root:If pthreads and memory growth are enabled, WASM_MEM_MAX must be set
--also NOTICE: Unity still logs the following after the errors:
---Build completed with a result of 'Succeeded'
