WebGL build crashes if "Strip Engine Code" is enabled
To reproduce:
1) Open the project attached by the user
2) Build "Offline_tablet" scene for WebGL
3) Open the build and notice the crash
Note:
It is caused by NetworkView class being stripped
Expected: WebGL build does not crash
Actual: WebGL build crashes
Reproduced on: 5.4.0f3
