WebGL build content not shown after 'Build and Run'. 'Unable to connect' message is displayed in browser.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create empty project.
2. Save scene.
3. Go to 'Build settings'
4. Build and Run.
Expected behaviour: the built content is ran in browser after building.
Actual behaviour: browser throws an error when trying to run the content after building.
Reproduced on: 5.5.0b1, 5.5.0b2.
Not reproduced on: 5.2.4f1, 5.3.6p4, 5.4.1f1.
