[WebGL] Both WebGL templates in Editor do not refresh and display a blank icon after completing the build process
Both WebGL templates in Editor, default and minimal do not refresh and display a blank icon after completing the build process. Template icons reappear on closing on opening the resolution setting.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a new project
2) File > Build settings > WebGL > Switch platform
3) Build and Run
4) Player Settings > Resolution and presentation
Actual result: Both WebGL templates do not refresh and display a blank icon.
Expected result: WebGL templates should display the correct icon.
Occurs on: 2019.3.0a4, 2019.3.0a1
Not reproducible on: 2019.2.0b4
Environment: Both Windows and Mac.
