[WebGL] WebGL old input system bug makes colliders appear shifted when launching build made with Bolt
How to reproduce:
1. Download the attached Unity project "ColliderIssue.zip" from Google Drive (link in the edit)
2. Open "Spezi_MainMenue.unity" Scene
3. Build And Run to WebGL
4. In the built project try to enter the PIN
Expected result: Can enter the PIN, because colliders stay in place
Actual result: Unavailable to enter PIN because colliders are shifted to top/bottom right/left sides
Reproducible with: 2019.4.26f1, 2020.3.11f1
Can't test with: 2018.4.35f1 (Project breaks), 2021.1 or higher ((asset store) does not support any version 1.4.14 nor 1.4.15 with Editor and throws Console errors)
Notes: when the project is built on Standalone, colliders work
