[WebGL] Audio source has no sound if the audio clip was downloaded via WebRequest on iOS devices
How to reproduce:
1. Build the user’s attached “UnityVideoWebglDemo-develop.zip” project for the WebGL platform
2. Open the WebGL project on an iOS device
3. Press the “1-MPEG” button and observe the result
Expected result: Audio is playing
Actual result: Audio is not playing
Reproducible with: 2021.2.3f1, 2021.3.17f1, 2022.2.4f1, 2023.1.0b2
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.44f1
Could not test the issue: 2021.2.2f1 (Errors when WebGL project opens)
Reproduced on:
VLNQA00494 - iPhone 14 Pro Max, 16.0.3 iOS
VLNQA00392 - iPad (9th generation), 15.0 iOS
Not reproduced on:
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3 5G (SM-F711B), Android 12, CPU: Snapdragon 888, GPU: Adreno (TM) 660
