Water Surface is missing the Wireframe when Scene is switched to Shaded Wireframe mode

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open the attached project
  2. Open the OutdoorsScene
  3. Switch the Scene view mode to Wireframe
  4. Observe that the Water Surface is rendered in Wireframe mode as expected
  5. Switch the Scene view mode to Shaded Wireframe mode

Actual results: Water Surface is missing its Wireframe and is rendered as in the Shaded draw mode

Expected results: Water Surface is textured and has its Wireframe overlaid on top

Reproducible with versions: 2022.3.61f1, 6000.0.48f1, 6000.1.1f1, 6000.2.0a10

Tested on (OS): Windows 11, macOS 15.3.2
