Water shader renders black upon loading scene
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached Unity Project "case_917263-BlackWater".
2. Open Scene "Master".
3. The Water plane appears completely black.
Note: Rotating the camera or doing something else in the scene makes the water appear normal again. The issue does not reappear during subsequent loads of the scene, and would require the contents of the Library folder to be deleted to have it reproduce again.
Expected result: Water is rendered properly.
Actual result: Water is black.
