[Vulkan] Player crashes on fullscreen Intel(R) HD Graphics 520
Reproduction steps:
1. Open any project
2. Enable Vulkan API
3. Build & run with -force-vulkan enabled
4. Player will crash on startup
Reproducible on Intel HD Graphics 520
Not reproducible on Radeon R9 Series

Latest issues
