[Vulkan] Initial build of SRP HD Template crashes the Editor right after the Build is finished
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new HDRP template project
2. Switch the graphics API to Vulkan
3. Set the project's backend to IL2CPP
4. In the Build Settings, enable the Development Mode
5. Try to build the project
Expected result: Builds completes with no issues
Actual result: Editor crashes right after the build is finished
Reproducible with: 2020.2.0a17(8.1.0), 2020.2.0b2(8.1.0, 10.1.0-preview.7)
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.8f1(7.4.1), 2020.1.3f1(8.1.0)
Could not test with: 2018.4.26f1(HDRP was in early preview stage)
Notes:
1. Only happens for the initial Build of the project. Subsequent cached Builds seems to be completed normally
2. Sometimes visual artifacts can be observed while changing the Layout of the Editor after the Build is completed(Windows become stretched or drawn as layered)
3. IL2CPP backend was used for the builds
