[Vulkan] Editor crashes vk_optimusGetInstanceProcAddr after closing Build Settings window
How to reproduce:
1. Create new project
2. Change Graphics API to Vulkan
3. Open Build settings
4. Add Open Scene to Build settings
5. Close Build settings
Reproduced with: 2021.2.0a1 - 2021.2.0b10, 2022.1.0a4
Does not reproduce with: 2021.1.20f1, 2022.1.0a5 - 2022.1.0a7
