Vulkan crashes in Player on "vk_icdNegotiateLoaderICDInterfaceVersion" when using multidisplay
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Build and run Windows Standalone
3. Observe the crash
Reproduced with: 2018.2.0a1, 2018.2.9f1, 2018.3.0b2, 2019.1.0a1
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.10f1, 2018.1.9f2
