Vulkan API rendering errors when using UGui on Quest 2
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached Project “BugRepro”
2. Open Edit > Player Settings
3. Change Graphics API to Vulkan
4. Build and Run to an Oculus 2 device
5. Observe the view in Oculus 2
Expected result: View is rendered without errors, as seen in Game View in Editor
Actual result: View is distorted and doesn’t render properly
Reproducible with: 2022.3.1f1, 2023.1.1f1, 2023.2.0a18
Couldn’t test with: 2021.3.27f1 (Project breaks)

We have reviewed the issue carefully, and in this case, the team is unable to prioritize fixing this bug. There are a number of reasons we make this decision, including the impact and severity of the issue across our user and customer base, and the possibility that future plans may solve the problem in a different way, or that a workaround for the bug may be available.
Buffer Discard is a feature which you could try turning on for your project, but it is not guaranteed to work in all scenarios. That's why it is kept as an toggleable option.
