Vuforia issues warnings about missing mic and webcam in the editor and errors while building, even when Vuforia isn't enabled
When Vuforia is not enabled, it shows warnings that microphone and webcam are disabled in the editor. While trying to build a project that warning is shown again, this time as an error.
How to reproduce:
1. Install Vuforia Target Support and Windows Store (IL2CPP) Target Support
2. Open unity and create an empty project
3. Open build settings, select Universal Windows Platform
4. Click Switch Platform
Expected result: Switching platforms does not cause any warnings
Actual result: Switching to UWP causes Vuforia to issue a warning that mic and webcam are disabled
Reproducible with 2017.2.0b2, 2017.2.0b3
Note: There are only two versions tested because Vuforia was introduced in 2017.2.0b2
