Vuforia camera mode VIEWER_AR does not show correct view with Lightweight Render Pipeline
Reproduction steps:
1. Download user's project and open in Unity
2. Go to File > Settings > Graphics and set "Scriptable Render Pipeline Settings" to LighweightAsset
3. Build and Run
4. Press a "Button"
Expected: Vuforia camera to work with Lightweight Render Pipeline
Actual: noise is shown in the device and button with text below it duplicates
Reproduced on: 2018.2.0b4; 2018.2.4f1; 2018.3.0a9
