[Vuforia][Android] Application does not open after denying camera permissions until making app go out of focus
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "VuforiaBug" (make sure that app isn't installed on device already)
2. Build to Android
3. Launch application and deny camera permissions
Expected result - App still opens
Actual result - App has to go out of focus and be re-opened to open "SampleScene"
Reproducible with - 2019.2.0a6, 2019.1.0b4, 2019.1.0a12
Not reproducible with - 2019.1.0a11, 2018.3.7f1
Note - Usually second application launch does not reproduce the issue, third - reproduces the issue again and etc.
