[XR] Vsync is not displayed in the profiler when running with VR enabled
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Enable VR
3. Enter Playmode with HMD connected
4. Open the profiler window
Expected result: all usage including Vsync is debugged
Actual result: Vsync is not debugged even if it is enabled in the profiler

Notes:
- Vsync is still applied on the game instance
