[VR]Using SetTargetBuffers in VR results in a Black Screen
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Make sure VR is enabled
3. Enter Playmode
Expected result: white cube with blue background
Actual result: black screen
Reproduced: 5.6.0a1 5.6.1p4, 2017.1.0f1, 2017.2.0b1
Not reproduced on 5.5.4f1
