VR Suffers from heavy CPU performance spikes when Realtime GI Lighting is used and animated
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Build for standalone
3. Launch build
4. Connect and observe Profiler or SteamVR Frame Timing
Expected result: no real impact to performance
Actual result: depending on hardware, 2-5 ms random spikes when GI lighting is moving
Reproduced on 5.4.5p1, 5.5.4f1, 5.6.1p4, 2017.1.0f1, 2017.2.0b1
Notes:
-Does not appear to happen in the Editor, or at least not as noticeably severe
