[VR SPS] Edge detection image effect not applying to whole scene with single pass stereo
In our vr-test-suite the edge image effect only covers the top half of the screen. It only happens in single pass and I couldn't repro in a new project even though I've cut down the test project to basically only this scene and one camera. The image effect should be up to date as well since I just updated them this week.
repro:
only seems to happen in this project so far so open it up and run the edge detection scene
look up and down and notice how the edges fill in across the screen
expected results:
the whole scene should have edge detection enabled and it shouldn't draw in with head movement
