[VR] Player with VR and stereoscopic rendering enabled will not run on Rift
Standalone players built with support for both VR and stereoscopic rendering will not run on Oculus DK2 goggles.
Given the immersive nature of both VR goggles and 3D monitors, it is likely that developers who target one of these mediums will want to cover the other as well. Building separate players for stereo versus VR is an annoyance during game development, but becomes a larger problem during game distribution. (See case 691345 for a similar dual-executable distribution scenario.)
