[VR] Player/Editor renders last frame on headset
1) Download the project attached, ensure VR mode enabled, create a standalone build.
1.5) Observe the HMD tracker light is on.
2) Run the build you just made. (Tracker light should still be on)
3) Close the build player.
4) Observe the last frame of the build still rendering in the headset.
5) Close the editor. Observe the headset stop rendering the final frame of the build.
