[VR]Output from all opaque image effects is ignored, if any of them internally renders any other cameras during its callback
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Enter Playmode
3. Press the on-screen toggle
Expected result: green screen effect
Actual result: regular camera view, no image effect
Reproduced on 2017.2.0f1, 2017.2.0f3, 2017.3.0b4
Not reproduced on 2017.1.2f1, 2017.2.0b11
