[VR | OpenVR] Input_Recenter is not working on Vive
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download attached project
2. Open Windows->VR Tests, run Input_Recenter test
3. Press space or wait 10 seconds
Expected result: Input recentering re-orients the view
Actual result: nothing happens
