[VR] Motion Blur image effect shows black bars on sides in non-single pass stereo
The motion blur image effect renders semi-transparent black bars on the sides of each view in non-single pass stereo rendering. Attached is example output from editor view showing the left eye.
Multipass stereo ONLY.
