[VR][LWRP]Leap Motion hand avatars are placed outside of tracking area and move away in LWRP
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Set an LWRP asset in Graphics settings and switch to Single-Pass
3. Enter Playmode with the Leap Motion device connected
4. Move hands in front of the sensore
Expected result: hands' avatars appear in relation to real hands
Actual result: hands' avatars are in a completely different part of the scene and move away from the camera
Reproduced on 2018.1.9f1, 2018.2.3f1, 2018.3.0a8f
