[XR] Left eye renders right eye's view and the right eye does not render when using SetStereoViewMatrix with SinglePassInstanced
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "1191634.zip" project
2. Open "SampleScene"
3. Enter Play mode and set the Game view to show both eyes
4. Compare the Game view in Display 1 and Display 2
Expected results: Display 1 is identical to Display 2, just with a red background
Actual results: In Display 1, only the left eye is rendered and it mimics the right eye in Display 2
Reproducible in: 2017.4.35f1, 2020.1.0a14
