Having textures close together results in heavy z-fighting on mobile devices
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Build scene "Evironment" for Android/GearVR
3. Play the build
4. Look at the big screens above
Expected result: texture appears fine
Actual result: artifacts/z-fighting appears
Reproduced on 2017.1.0b3, 5.6.0p2
tested with Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge
Notes:
-This does not appear in the Editor or in a Stanlone build
-This does not appear on Oculus and HTC Vive
-The texture is close but not directly inside each other
Workaround:
-Place texture further away
