VR continues to be enabled after checking it off in the Player Settings menu
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Ckeck" VR Supprted" in Player settings
3. Enter playmode
4. Unckeck "VR Supprted" in Player settings
Expected result: VR gets turned off
Actual result: VR continues to be on
Reproduced on 2017.1.0b1, 5.6.0p1, 5.5.3f1, 5.4.5f1
Notes:
-Turning it off through script works fine
