[VR]CommandBuffer.Blit doesn't work when used in CameraEvent.AfterEverything
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Enter Play mode with a VR headset connected
Expected result: Camera is overridden with Blit texture
Actual result: nothing happens
Reproduced on 5.6.0b11, 5.6.0f3, 5.6.1p3, 2017.1.0b8
Not reproduced on 5.6.0b10
Regression introduced in 5.6.0b11

-Works fine without VR
-AfterImageEffects works fine
