[VR]Camera rotation is distorted if rotation values are set before play
Steps to reprduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Enter Playmode in VR
3. Look around
Expected result: camera rotation is ignored and reset according to the HMD SDK
Actual result: camera rotation is distorted as you look around
