[VR][Build] Cursor.LockState doesn't work in VR Build
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open attached project
2. Turn on VR mode
3. Build project including "MainScene" scene
Actual result: Cursor is not locked
Expected result: Cursor gets locked
Tested and reproduce on:
Windows 10
Unity 5.3.4p6, 5.4.0b18
Oculus DK2
OVR Plugin 1.3.2
OVR Runtime 1.3.2
Note: Cursor.LockState works just fine in editor and builds without VR support

I'm having the same problem. This problem is compounded in confined mode by the fact that you can't see window borders in VR, so players don't know where the edge lies.
