[VR][Android] Set Target Buffers broken in Single Pass Rendering
Device: Pixel 2
SDK: Cardboard
API: GLES3
Rendering: Single Pass
The left eye for the Set Target Buffers scene clips in and out of view rapidly (eg behave extremely "glitchy")
Steps to reproduce:
1) Build the project with the settings specified above
2) Observe that left eye does not mirror the right eye. The left eye behaves very abnormally
