[Vive] Unity Editor crashes if you disconnet Vive HMD from AMD Radeon R9 390
If you disconnect the Vive HMD when the Unity Editor is open, the Unity Editor will crash.
I have seen this occur with various scenes loaded in the Editor, including the empty default scene.
