Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “HDRP_Project”
2. Observe for errors in the Console Window
Expected result: No Console errors
Actual result: VisualEffect Graph errors in the Console Window
Reproducible with: 2020.3.44f1, 2021.3.16f1, 2022.2.3f1, 2023.1.0a26
Reproducible on: Intel macOS 13.0.1
