macOS app window title is not localized when built from generated Xcode project
How to reproduce:
- Open the attached "IN-146535" project
- In the top menu bar set (Edit > Project Settings… > Player > Windows, Mac, Linux settings > Resolution and Presentation > Resolution > Fullscreen Mode) to "Windowed"
- Open the Build Settings window
- Tick "Create Xcode Project" checkbox
- Build for macOS
- Open the built {{.xcodeproj}} in Xcode
- In Xcode set (Product > Scheme > Edit Scheme… > Run > Options > App Language) to "Japanese"
- Build and run the app from Xcode
- Observe the window title and the Mac top menu bar app title of the built app
Actual result: Window title is in English and the Mac top menu bar app title is in Japanese
Expected result: Window title is in Japanese and the Mac top menu bar app title is in Japanese
Reproducible with: 1.5.12 (6000.7.0a1)
Could not test with: 1.5.1 (6000.0.0f1 (4ff56b3ea44c)), 1.5.11 (6000.3.19f1) (Mac top menu bar app title localizations are not exported to Xcode)
Reproducible on: macOS 26.5.1 (M1 Max)
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
