Visual Studio setting is exposed when selecting Build system on Android Build settings
To reproduce:
1. Open any project
2. Go to File>Build settings..
3. Select Android as Build platform (switching's not necessary)
4. Expand Build System
Expected: only standard build settings are available - Internal, Gradle
Actual: Internal only build setting (Visual Studio) is exposed
Reproduced in: 2018.3.0a8, 2018.3.0b2, 2019.1.0a1
Not reproduced in: 2017.4.11f1, 2018.1.9f2, 2018.2.8f1, 2018.3.0a7
