Visual studio project generation ignores certain filenames
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the project.
2. Open "TestScript.cs" in Visual studio
3. Wait for the project files to be generated.
Expected result: All files are shown in the project
Actual result: Files with specific filenames are not shown in the project.
NOTE: Url encoded paths as filenames of text files are not added to the VS project, but works fine in Unity editor.
NOTE: Files can be added to the VS project manually.
Reproduced on: 5.4.0f1,5.3.5p8,5.2.4p1
