Visual Scripting Window becomes unresponsive when it is Maximized
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Open the Visual Scripting Window (Window > Visual Scripting > Visual Scripting Graph)
3. Drag the Visual Scripting Window to the panel with the Game View and Scene View
4. Double-click on the Visual Scripting Window to Maximize it
5. Click on any button in the Visual Scripting Window
Expected result: Buttons are clickable
Actual result: Buttons are disabled
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a23, 2022.3.19f1, 2022.3.20f1, 2023.2.10f1
Not reproducible with 2021.3.35f1, 2022.3.18f1, 2023.3.0b7
Fixed in: 2023.3.0a2
Reproduced on: Windows 10
