Clicking on the title of "Type Options" and "Node Library" property doesn't expand however it expands when clicked on the Dropdown icon

Steps to repro:
1. Create a new Project
2. Edit > Project Settings > Click
3 Project Settings Window> Visual Scripting >"Type Options"/"Node Library">Click on title

Actual Result:
The Dropdown list doesn't open on clicking the title

Expected Result:
The dropdown list for "Type Options" and "Node Library" property should respond and open on clicking the title.

Environment: Windows 10 and Mac 10.16
