Visual Elements can be 0px width when sliding to the left, when using UI Toolkit Samples and Debugger
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open Window > UI Toolkit > Samples
3. Select the divider between Visual Elements
4. Move the divider to the left or right
Expected result: There is a minimum width set
Actual result: You can change the width to 0px
Reproduced with: 1.0.0 (2020.3.35f1, 2021.3.3f1, 2022.1.1f1, 2022.2.0a13)
Could not test with: 2019.4.39f1 (UI Toolkit is not introduced)
Reproducible on: macOS 12.3.1 (Intel)

Resolution Note:
When the samples window is opened, if you move the splitter completely to the left, the left pane will resize itself. If you move it completely to the right, the right pane is just pushed off and the users can resize the window to see it again.
Resolution Note (2022.1.X):
Port canceled as we transition to 2022.2 (2022.2.X port is active or already resolved)
Resolution Note (2020.3.X):
Not going to be fixed as this can only be fixed in packages (UI Builder and/or UI Toolkit) which are not actively maintained for 2020.X editors. Please consider using the Unity 2021LTS or more recent editions.
