[Visual Effect Graph] Properties under "Multiply Node" are distorted on selecting settings dropdown
All properties under "Multiply Node" get distorted while selecting settings dropdown on adding or modifying Properties under Subgraph Window, Refer attached video
Steps to repro:
1. Create a new project.
2. Windows > Package Manager > Visual Effects Graph > Install.
3. Project > Packages > Visual Effect Graph > Editor > Templates > Open Default Subgraph Block.
4. Blackboard > Right-click > Create Node > Multiply (Math Arithmetic)
5. Click "Settings" icon on the Multiply node
Actual Result:
Multiply node properties get distorted
Expected Result:
Multiply node properties are clearly visible

Working fine on:
2019.3.0b4, 2019.3.0a10
Package Version found: 7.1.1, 7.0.1
NOTE:
Visual Effects is introduced in 2019.3.0a10.
Environment:
