Visual Effect Graph Node Output port outer circles disappear after exiting Play mode
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “NewGraph.zip“ project
2. Open “GraphWindow” window in the Tools dropdown tab
3. Click “Load” button and select "GraphModel 4"
4. Observe the “GraphWindow” window
5. Enter and exit Play mode
6. Observe the “GraphWindow” window
Expected result: Node Output ports aren’t affected
Actual result: Node Output port outer circles disappear
Reproducible with: 2022.2.9f1, 2023.1.0b7, 2023.2.0a5
Could not test with: 2020.3.46f1, 2021.3.20f1 (Due to errors in the Console)
Reproduced on: macOS Monterey 12.6 (Intel)
