[Visual Effect Graph] Creating a VFX while using Legacy Render Pipe Setting results in an error in the VFX shader
Reproduction steps:
1. Open "PackageManagerBroken.zip" project
2. "Hidden/VFX/System 1/Quad Output" -> "Compile and show code"
3. Errors (1): "invalid subscript 'xd'"
Expected Result: Default Visual Effects shader has an error
Actual Result: Default Visual Effects shader doesn't have any errors
Reproduced with: 2019.1.0a13, 2018.3.1f1, 2017.4.18f1
