Reproduction steps:
# Open the user's attached project
# Open Tools > FilledArcWindow
# Observe the Window
Expected result: Smooth lines
Actual result: Pixelated lines
Reproduced with: 2022.1.8f1, 2022.2.0a18, 2023.1.0a1
Could not test with: 2019.4.40f1, 2020.3.36f1, 2021.3.5f1 (UI Toolkit Painter2D was not introduced yet)
Reproducible on: Windows 11, macOS 12.4 (Intel)
