VideoPlayer received error is not thrown when calling VideoPlayer.errorReceived
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “VideoPlayerErrorReceivedIssue_Unity_6000.zip” project
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity“ Scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Observe the Console window
Expected result: VideoPlayer received error is thrown
Actual result: VideoPlayer received error is not thrown
Reproducible with: 2022.3.57f1, 6000.0.20f1, 6000.0.36f1, 6000.1.0a9
Not reproducible with: 2023.1.0a1, 6000.0.19f1, 6000.2.0a2
Fixed in: 6000.1.0a10
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

Resolution Note:
Fix for this issue is integrated with another fix currently scheduled for back port to 2022.3.
