Nvidia Tegra/GeForce ULP shader uniforms not working on Android < 6.0
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Build and run Test scene on device
Result: Sound is playing but video is not rendered
Reproducible: 2017.3.0b1, 2017.3.0b7, 2018.1.0a2
Not reproducible: 2017.3.0a7
DUT(reproducible):
12, HTC One X, 4.2.2, 720x1280, Nvidia AP
5000, Google Nexus 7, 5.1.1, Nvidia Tegra3
Note: tested with Render Mode set to Render Texture, and Near Camera Plane
