[VideoPlayer] H264 videos don't loop on Samsung Galaxy S3 when Render Mode is set to Render Texture
How to reproduce:
1. Download the attached project
2. Build and run on Android device
3. Video starts playing (loop is enabled)
Result: after first play, video stops playing

H264_SD_144p.mp4, 176x144, h264 avc1, 56.0 kb/s, Main@L3.1, AAC/LC, 2, 44.1 kHz (stops looping after 2 or 3 times of playing)
NOTE: It doesn't matter if WaitForFirstFrame is enabled or not
Project contains and Near Plane sceen. Whene one can check that with render mode set to near plane video is looping
